摘要
目的:预测莪术粉的贮存期,为含挥发油中药贮存期限的确定提供方法依据。方法:采用化学动力学初均速法,以吸光度作为质量控制指标,对莪术粉进行恒温加速实验。结果:建立了吸光度变化率与温度的关系方程InVoi=34.2751-13004.3462/T,r=0.9992,求得莪术粉贮存期计算公式t=(A0-0.45)/V0i。结论:初均速法很好地预测了莪术粉的贮存期,也为含挥发油中药贮存期的确定提供了方法依据。
Objective: To predict the storage period of Ezhu powder in order to provide thebasis for determining the storage period of Chinese medicine containing volatile oil. Methods: Adopted the initial homogeneous velocity method, did the initial homogeneous temperature acceleration experiment and took absorbance as the quality control criteria. Results: Established the correlation equation: InVoi = 34. 2751 - 1 3004. 3462/T, r = 0. 996, and founded the formula of the storage period of Ezhu powder t = (AO - 0. 45)/Voi. Conclusion: The initial homogeneous velocity method can predict the storage period of Ezhu powder well, and it is practicable in predicting the storage period of Chinese medicine containing volatile oil.
