目的，预测Pla a 1抗原的免疫原性及B细胞表位。方法联合运用多种方法预测Plaa1的二级结构并预测其表面特性。如亲水性、可塑性及抗原表位。结果该蛋白是一个分子量约19kDa，pI值约8．7，具有较强的免疫原性。结论Pl a a1抗原蛋白主要的抗原表位集中于29-42，49—60，86—100。

Objective To predict the immunogenicity and B cell epitopes for Pla a 1 antigen. Methods Secondary structure and surface properties of Pla a 1, such as hydrophilicity and plasticity were predicted with various methods. Conclution B cell epitopes of Pla a l are mostly localted on 29- 42,49-60,86-100.
