基于．Net的CMPP短信平台SP客户端的设计与实现

It not only can send and receive short message efficiently and reliably,but also provide a uniform. With this interface multifarious SMS businuess only implement business logic,it make the developing work easy and simple. With its proper structure design and flexible interface characteristle, it can suffice for the needs of developing short message service.
