摘要
经过认真调查研究,发现工作辊轴向力过载是导致轴承烧损的主要原因。以四辊轧钢机工作辊为研究对象,建立轧制的弹性压扁函数,根据力的独立作用原理,采用叠加法计算其应力应变,结合板形方程,逆向求解轧辊间的交叉角和工作辊轴向力。研究结果袁明:准确计算其轴向力的大小。是正确计算工作辊轴承使用寿命和解决轴承烧掘的关键。
Over loading of axial force causes work roll bearing damage after staid investigation. We predigest the subject investigated, and set up elastic flattening function, According to independent action of force, we calculate them by superpesition method, and analyze them stress and strain. Combining shape equation of strip, the crossing angle and axial force of work roll is worked out inversely. Analyzing its load and distortion is the key to calculate its service life properly and find out the burning loss reason of work roll bearing.
