摘要
目的:研究兔胃壁肌条的张力。方法:用INSTKON5544拉力机模拟生理条件测量正常胃条的弹性模量及强度极限,并与下垂胃进行对比。结果:沿胃大弯方向纵形胃条弹性模量大于其垂直方向;胃下垂胃条弹性模量小于正常胃。
Method with INSTRON5544 tensionmeter, we measured the elastic modulus and strength of muscle strips of rabbit's stomach wall and compared it with gastroptosis in biotic environmental box which was buid to simulate the enviroment of human body.
Result indicate that along greater curvature of the stomach elastic modulus of the longitudinal strips is bigger than transverse and gastroptosis is smaller than normal.
