摘要
新公共管理理论在西方已经成为一种时代潮流。我国高等教育在其影响下也发生了一系列改革。本文从新公共管理的内涵和背景分析。结合当前的状况，提出在引鉴新公共管理时需要注意的四个问题。
Under the influence of the stream of times - the theory of New Public Management, higher education in China has occurred a series of innovation. The article reveals the connotation and background of New Public Management, and sets out four questions when we using it for reference.
