摘要
本文介绍了违令为止人们对待组织冲突的观惫与行为,并且提出当代冲突观的理念对建设公共决策文化具有启示意义:建设支持适当的激发冲突和有效地管理冲突的组织文化。
The article introduces the shift of organizational conflict-vision. At last, I suggest that the most needful thing in the public decision of china is to construct the organizational culture which is helpful for properly arousing organizational conflict and effectively managing it.
