从产消看新疆的生产力培育问题

一个地区生产结构决定着消费与投资及其变动。文章对新疆目前的生产结构与提供消费品的能力进行分析后．得出新疆产业结构与消费结构具有不协调性．以及不协调性对新疆今后经济发展所产生的影响。在此基础上提出今后新疆经济发展中产业结构调整与投资应注意的问题。

The production structure of one region decides the consumption, investment and their changes. This paper, through detailed analyses of the present production structure of Xinjiang and its ability to provide consumables, points out that the industrial structure of Xinjiang is out of line with the consumption structure,, that this situation has strong influence on the future development of economy in Xinjiang. On the basis of its analyses, the paper puts forward some suggestions to adjust the industrial structure and the issues to be taken into consideration in investment.
