摘要
随着客户管理的需要,作为沟通用户和企业桥梁的Call Center应运而生。为了帮助对Call Center系统有正确的认识,介绍了基于不同系统的Call Center模式主要包括联想Call Center模式、贝塔斯曼Call Center模式、Dell Call Center模式,并对他们进行了比较分析。
Call Center bums as the need of managing more and more customers. For many companies could understand Call Center wholly, this paper introduces Call Center model based different systems including lenovo Call Center,bertsman Call Center and Dell Call Center. In the end compares and analyses them.
