邓小平的“三农”思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。要解决好“三农”问题,必须高度重视农业的基础性地位和作用,通过政策与科技来引领和推动农业的发展,在经济上要保障农民的物质利益,在政治上要尊重和保护农民的民主权利。

Deng Xiaoping＇sideas on farmers, agriculture and rural areas （known as the ＂Three Agricultural Problems＂） are an important part of his theory. To solve these problems, we should attach great importance to the basic status and influence of agriculture in our country. Meanwhile, we should guide and promote the development of agriculture by favorable policies and advanced science and technology, guarantee the farmers＇ material interests economically and respect their democratic rights in politics.
