《西游记》之西梁女国与海上女国

A Journey to the West: Western Women's Kingdom and On-the-sea Women's Kingdom

《西游记》之西梁女国,学界一般认为是以隋唐时期西羌东女国为本事原型,然而考察东女国的历史记载及其特征,则与西梁女国并无联系。西梁女国的本事来源实即糅合了诸多海上女国的传说而成,如《山海经》的入水而孕、《大唐西域记》的执师子、罗刹女传说、明初杨景贤杂剧《西游记》、郑和下西洋时暹罗国传闻等。受《西游记》西梁女国的影响,明代罗懋登《三宝太监西洋记通俗演义》、清李汝珍《镜花缘》之女国均为海上女国。

The prototype for the story of Western Women＇s Kingdom in A Journey to the West is generally considered to be the Eastern Women＇s Kingdom in Sui and Tang Dynasties （581-907 A. D. ）. However, a close look at the history and their characteristics reveals that there is nothing similar between these two. As a matter of fact, the story itself comes from legends about the Women＇s Kingdom on the sea. Many descriptions in the novels d.uring the Ming and Qing Dynasties （1368--1912 A. D. ） can prove this, such as The Story of Mountains and Sea （san hal jing） , The West during the Tang Dynasty （da tang xi yu ji） , the opera A Journey to the West by Yang Jingxian, and The Evolution of West Oceans （san bao tai jian xi yang ji tong su yan yi） by Luo Maodeng and The Mirror and Flozoers （jing hua yuan） by Li Ruzhen.
