摘要
长期以来,经济与伦理的关系问题一直是中国管理的难题之一,也是当代社会的重要课题。从经济伦理核心价值理念的确证与认同的角度来分析中国管理的理论难题;从管理人性预设与人性的演变的角度阐述了中国管理的现实的人性张力;从中国现状与发展实践的角度探讨了中国管理在时空错位与理论超越方面的张力。
The relationship between economy and ethics has long been regarded as one of the most difficult problems of management in China. It is also one of the most important issues in present-day society. This paper analyses the theoretical problems of Chinese management in terms of core value in economic ethics, expounds the actual tension of human nature in terms of the presupposition and evolution of human nature, and discusses the temporal-spatial dislocation and theoretical transcendence from the status quo and development of management in China.
