摘要
目的:探讨腰椎椎体恶性肿瘤的侧前方手术和重建的方法,以提高腰椎椎体恶性肿瘤患者的生活质量并延长生存时间。方法:回顾了2000年5月～2004年8月27例腰椎椎体的恶性肿瘤经测前方入路行椎体切除和重建的患者。结果:患者疼痛均有缓解,有神经压迫症状的13例患者,均有不同程度地改善。结论:腰椎椎体恶性肿瘤经侧前方手术和重建可以有效治疗腰椎椎体恶性肿瘤,提高患者的生活质量并延长其生存时间。
Objective： To explore the method of lateral anterior surgical resection and reconstuetion for lumbar vertebral tumors so as to improve the quality of patient＇ s life and prolong the living time. Method： Twentyseven csses of lumbar vertebral tumors treated with lateral anterior resection and reconstruction were reviewed from May 2000 to August 2004.Results： All the cases had the pain relieved, and 13 cases with nerve compression symptoms got improved in different degres.Conclusion： The lateral anterior surgical resection and reconstruction can treat lumbar vertebral tumors effectively to improve the quality of patient＇ s life and prolong the living time.
