现代高等教育师德评价体系研究

The study on the evaluation system of teacher’s Morality in high Education

科学合理的师德评价体系是高校师德建设和提升的关键环节。本文从高校师德的内涵界定入手,设计了师德测评维度与层次指标设计,并运用模糊综合方法设计了师德的评价方法。在文章的最后本文指出实施该评价模型与学生绩效表现互检的方法,以期能在实践中提高模型的实用性和准确性。

With teacherrs morality connotation, this article has designed the teacherrs morality evaluation dimension and the level factors, and applied fuzzy synthesis methods, In the end, this article pointed out this evaluation model the student inspection procedure ,The appraisal model can be examined by the student achievements performance to enhance the usability and the accuracy of the model.
