摘要
研究了光导光度分析法则定胡萝卜素的分析条件及方法,并对六种蔬菜进行了分析。该方法相对标准偏差2.56%,平均回收率101.5。用lin长光导吸收地分析的灵敏度比1cm比色皿灵敏度提高了2个数量级。
The method for determination of carotine in vegetable by optical waveguide spectrophotometryhas been studied,in which six vegetable samples are analysed.For carotine,the variation coefficient is 2.56%,the average recovery is 101. 5%.Comparing with Icm cell,the analyt.cal sensitivity of lin opticalwaveguide absorption cell has been increased more than one hundred times.
