摘要
在自行设计的旋流式气力分级机模机上,测试分级室内切向、径向、轴向三维速度场及静压、全压压力场;得出速度分布规律;找到平衡面位置;引入分级粒径概念,导出其理论计算公式,可指导分级机结构尺寸设计及运行。
This paper shows the detected results of the floW fields in the classification chamber of a selfdesigned cyclone air classifier'model,the distribution profils of the components of velocity(tangential,radial,and axial direction)and pressures (tatal and static)are also given out. The position of equalizationboundary is found out,the concept of equalization particle is proposed,the calculation foumula is derived bytheory,and it provides us with the guide for improving and designing the structure of classification chambero f cyclone air classifier
