关于硫化物抑制厌氧消化的新探讨 被引量:3

New study on sulfide inhibition of anaerobic digestion

摘要 采用间歇试验的方法研究了硫化物对厌氧消化的影响。试验结果表明,投加量小于40mg/L时,硫化物促进产气,投加量大于80mg/L时,硫化物抑制产气,并且随硫化物投加量增加抑制增强。硫化物在发酵过程中能以H2S的形式随生物气排出,抑制随发酵时间延长逐渐减轻。当硫化物浓度由80mg/L增至900mg/L时,在生长率下降期的平均产气量由92%减至10%。 Sulfide inhibition of anaerobic digestion was studied by the operation of a series of serum bottles,the experimental results showed that anaerobic digestion was not inhibited by sulfide up to 40mg/L,but inhibition occurred when sulfide concentrtion was more than 80mg/L.and the higher the concentration,the greater the inhibition.The inhibition relieved gradually during the ferment becouse of the lost of sulfide in the form of H2S. When sulfide concentration increased from 80mg/L to 900mg/L the average gasyield during the decling growth phase decreased from 92% to 10%.
