试论中等职业教育德育工作的历史使命

On the Historical Task of Secondary Vocational Schools in Moral Education

党的十六届五中全会吹来了发展职业教育的春风。国务院10月28日印发了《关于大力发展职业教育的决定》，明确了中等职业教育发展的地位．使中等职业教育迎来大力发展的契机。中职培齐的数以亿计的中、初级专门人才．是构建和谐社会的关键。而中等职业教育中的德育工作更是关键的关键。这要求中等职业教育的德育工作者要把准时代脉搏，认准历史使命。为培养出高素质高质量人才作出自己应有的贡献。

The 5th plenary session of the 16th central committee of the Communist Party of China brings great opportunity in developing vocational education. Decision about Vigorously Developing Vocational Education issued by the State Council on Oct.28th makes clear about the position of secondary vocational schools in the development of education , on the basis of which secondary vocational education enbraces the bright future of rapid development. The billions of junior and medium level personnels trained by secondary vocational schools are the basic force in building a harmonious society. Thus moral education should be regarded as the most important part in vocational education. For this reason, educators in secondary vocational schools should grasp the pace of the time and devote themselves to training personnels of high standard and good quality.
