摘要
近几年中国电信市场取得了迅速的发展,本文分析了目前中国电信市场管制的现状和存在的主要问题,提出了在监管法制依据、独立性监管机构和有关各方协调监管等几方面的改革意见,最后探讨了中国电信市场管制改革的难点。
China tel-communication market has grown by leaps these few years. By anglicizing the present and existed critical problems, this article proposed a series of reformable suggestions in certain aspects such as supervision law basis ,sole supervision organ and coordinating supervision between each division .At the end ,it also discussed the thorny point about regulation reformation of China tel-communication market.
