摘要
本项研究是在用后评价的模式下展开的.预报变量被组织成三个方面:空间的方面,社会的方面,与舒适有关的服务设施方面.这些交量在访问中组成了相应的项目,研究评价了上海80年代建成的两个有代表性的小区.研究结果显示居住环境满意度的最重要的预报因子为厨房、卫生间的大小和使用上的舒适性,小区的管理和安全性以及老人对居住环境的评价.
The present study is framed within the literature of postoccupancy evaluation (POE).In the study the predictor variables are grouped in the categories of space, social contact and services relating to the quality of comfortable. In each of these categories a series of aspects was explored, each of which is defined by the corresponding item on the interview. The study was done in two representative neighbourhoods in the city of Shanghai which was constructed in the 1980s. The result showed a greater percentage of residential satisfaction with the spacious kicten and toilet, the management and safety of neighbourhood, as well as the evaluation of the elder residents. It also showed the resideals especially the elder residents arc not satisfied with their housing.
