针对并行工程中广泛采用的小组化工作方法，把人和组织的集成放在并行工程中的首位，提出了基于Ｔｏａｍｗｏｒｋ的组织管理模式框架，并就小组成员的选择、组织结构设计、小组群管理以及工程应用作了探讨．

In this paper, the integration of the human and organization is considered to be the most important problem in concurrent engineering for a team oproach.A framework of the teamwork-based organizational management mode is Presented. Also,the choice of team members,design of organization structures,management of teams and its application are discussed.
