第三代移动通信的市场策略

摘要 来自相关部门的研究报告显示,中国3G市场的网络基础设施投资总额可能超过5000亿元人民币,而终端设备的销售总额也将达到5000亿元,二者相加足足超过了1万亿元;3G必定是一个“高投入、慢产出”的产业,这也就意味着。远营商必须用更多的时间和精力去发掘更具潜力的增值业务.提高单用户的ARPU值;在这种激烈的竞争环境中,新移动运营商为了能在3G中得到发展,必须采取一系列策略来扩大和巩固市场份额。 It is reported that the 3G investment of infrastructure in China will be more than 500 billion RMB and the total revenue of 3G terminals will not be less than 500 billion as well, the sum of both will be more than 1000 billion RMB. 3G must be an "a lot investment, but a little output" industry during the first several years. It means, mobile operators must take more time and money to develop more value-added service, in order to improve the ARPU of each subscriber. So new mobile operators must make a series of market strategies to enlarge and keep the share of the market under this much more competitive environment in China.
