摘要
介绍了在流化床气化炉中间试验装置上进行的有关粉煤流化床气化反应的试验研究,对沿气化炉高度的气样作了成分分析,得出了还原区和稀相段沿炉高煤气组成的变化规律,考察了水蒸气量、空气温度等因素对煤气组成及其变化规律的影响,并应用化学反应平衡理论对影响炉内煤气组成变化的主要因素进行了分析.
The experimental research about the gasification reaction in fluidized bed gasifier is made in pilot device.The composition analysis for the gas sample along the height of the gasifier is made and the change pattern of gas composition in reduction region and thin phase section along the height of gasifier is gained.The effect of steam amount and air temperature on the composition and its change pattern is studied.According to the chemical reaction equilibrium principle,the main effect factor on gas composition in the gasifier is analyzed.
