简析课程改革中的教师认同感 被引量:11

摘要 教师认同感是指教师对课程改革的态度,包括教师对改革的评价、感受和行为意向。自其兴起以来,学者们将它应用在不同改革阶段以及文化背景中的课程改革研究中,并且初步探讨了认同感与学校组织文化之间的关系。在课程改革的背景下,认同感研究有助于丰富我们对改革过程的理解,改善对课程改革的规划,并且促进教师态度的积极变化。
