摘要
用热电偶保护管作为黑体空腔,使其成为辐射温度计的测量目标.用辐射温度计代替铂铑热电偶从而节约贵金属.在几种不同情况下在高温炉内分别测量了SiC管和高铝管的温度分布,对其精度等级进行了评价.结果表明,其精度主要取决于热电偶保护管的材料发射率、插入深度和波长.
A temperature measurement method using the protective tube of a thermocouple as the target of a radiation thermometer is put forward. The Pt-Ph thermocouple can be replaced by a radiation thermometer thus saving the noble-metal. Inseveral cases,the temperature distribution of SiC and Al2O3 tubes is measured and their precision level is appraised. The results show that the precision mainly depends upon the material emissivity,the depth and the wavelength of the protective tube of the thermocouple.
