摘要
教师职业是一个古老而又新兴的职业,既是古代社会分工的产物,又是现代专业化发展的体现。教师职业从远古时代融于生产劳动的非专业化的原始形态,演变为从事古代学校教育的泛专业化形态,最后走向近现代社会的教育专业化形态,教师职业形态的提升,经历了一个漫长的岁月。教师职业的发展是与社会外部和教育内部的发展密不可分的。现代教师职业是一种具有较高行业标准的专业,教师是从事教育教学的专业人员,这是现代教师职业的基本性质。
Teacher occupation is an old and new occupation. It is a result of ancient social division of labour and reflection of modem specialization. The development of teacher occupation passed primitive form, general-specialization and specialization in a very long period .It was promoted by exterior and interior factors, Modem teacher occupation is an occupation with high standard and teacher is engaged in education and teaching.
