长拳第二套国际竞赛套路动作难度价值分析

Analzing on the Difficulty Value of the Long-style Boxing Routine 2 for International Competition Movements

本研究采用文献资料法和录像资料分析法,对长拳第二套国际竞赛套路各类动作及动作组合进行统计,从单式难度、组合难度、成段难度三个方面分析了套路的难度价值。结果发现,长拳第二套国际竞赛套路动作的变化多样,有一定的难度；同时,随着竞技武术的发展应适当增加难度组合和组合动作的难度。

By using the methods of documentary and kinescope analysis, this paper get the difficulty movements statistic of the long-style boxing routine 2 for international competition. Especially, I analyzed on the difficulty value of the movements. The result shows that some of the movements of the Ions-style boxing routine 2 for international competition are expansive and difficult. Synchronously, with the development of the competitive Wushu, it is necessary for the long-style boxing routine 2 to make the movements more difficult.
