摘要
介绍离子注入物理冶金及表面改性方面的研究成果。研究离子注入非晶合金、化合物形成、细化晶粒;离子注入改变金属表面性质的作用。进一步说明了离子注入不仅是一种理想的物理冶金方法,而且也是一种新的表面处理技术。
Briefly reviews the research works done by the authors in recent years about the application of ion implantation to physical metallurgy and surface modification. The effects of ion implantation on the formations of amorphous alloys and compounds, grain refinement and surface modification are described as the results of such studies. It is convinced that the ion implantation is not only an ideal physical metallurgical process but a new technique for surface treatment.
