低温度系数Nd-Fe-B磁体及磁硬化机制的研究

摘要 研究了廉价高性能低温度系数铁基稀土永磁合金。以廉价的富Nd混合稀土MR作为研制该永磁合金所使用的稀土金属,以金属钴部分取代铁来改善铁基稀土永磁合金的温度稳定性,得到了较好的效果。研究了永磁体的相结构及其矫顽力机制,磁体晶粒形状各向异性也是产生高矫顽力的机制之一。 A new kind of low-cost Fe-base rare earth permanent magnet of low temperature coefficient and high performance was studied. It was prepared using the inexpensive Nd-rich mischmetal rare earth (MR) as its raw material and substituting partially iron with metallic cobalt. Thus, the temperature stability of such low-cost Nd-Fe-B magnet can be improved. The phase structure and coercivity mechanism are also discussed,and the grain shape anisotropy of the magnet is found to be a factor that contributes its share to its high coercivity.
