摘要 露天矿开拓系统决定着矿山基建投资、生产运输费用等关键因素,其设计属于拓扑关系的结构优化范畴,用传统方法很难取得令人满意的效果。为此,采用进化算法中的遗传算法优化露天矿开拓运输系统,将生命科学中的进化及遗传原理用于工程技术中,为矿山优化技术提供一种新的技术途径。它首先用遗传操作产生众多开拓方案,然后借用图论方法筛选出各种可行的开拓系统,随之计算各开拓系统的适应度,最后根据“优胜劣汰”原则通过多次进化得出最优的开拓系统。本方法已成功地用于金堆城钼业公司露天矿的开拓设计中,取得了满意的结果。 The open-pit development system decides the key factors such as the mine capital construction investment and the production transport cost, whose design belongs to the structural optimization of topological relation and is difficult to achieve satisfactory result by the conventional way. The genetic algorithm in the evolutionary algorithm is used to optimize the transport system in open-pit development, which applies the evolutionary and genetic principles in the life science to the engineering technology, thus providing a new technical way for mine optimization. In this method, genetic operation is used to first produce many development schemes, from which feasible ones are screened out by graph theory method. Then the optimal development system is selected from the screened out ones by calculation and many times of evolutionary treatment according to the principle of “select the superior and eliminate the inferior”. This method has been successfully used in the design of the open-pit mine in Jinduicheng Molybdenum Company and achieved satisfactory results.
