摘要
武钢乌龙泉矿-20mm小颗粒石灰石原来只能作为铺路石出售,附加值低且浪费资源。为此,在实验室进行了利用乌龙泉矿20~5mm小颗粒石灰石煅烧活性石灰的试验研究,结果表明:在煅烧温度为1050~1100℃、煅烧时间为120min条件下,可以得到活性度为350~345mL的活性石灰。乌龙泉矿以实验室试验结果为依据,新建了回转窑并合理制定回转窑工艺制度,利用小颗粒石灰石生产出了符合武钢炼钢厂要求的活性石灰产品,大大提高了产品的附加值,并使矿产资源得到了合理利用。
The -20 mm small-sized limestone in Wu Steel's Wulongquan Mine originally could only be sold as roadpaving stone, resulting in low added value and resource waste. Therefore, the experimental research was made on using the 20 -5 mm small size fraction limestone to produce active lime by calcination. The results show that an active lime with activity of 350 -345 mL could be produced at a calcination temperature of 1 050 - 1100℃ for a period of 120 min. Based on the laboratory test results, a rotary kiln was built, for which a reasonable technological system was worked out. As a resuit, active lime product that meets the Wu Steel's steel-making requirements has been turned out using small-sized limestone, which has greatly raised the product added value and realized the rational utilization of the mineral resource.
