摘要
采用二探针法测定铝电解用SnO_2基惰性阳极的电阻率。结果表明,掺加Sb_2O_3,CuO和ZnO,可以通过控价和促进烧结作用而改善阳极导电性;阳极电阻率随温度升高而降低,呈高温半导体特性。
The resistivity of SnO2-based inert anodes was measured by two-probe method. The experimental results showed that the electrical conductivity of the anodes can be improved by adding in some oxides,such as Sb2O3, CuO and ZnO which may control the cation valency and improve the sinter performance. For the present anodes, the relationship of 1gρ-1/T is similar to that of a semiconductor.
