崇明北滩湿地促淤圈围对水环境的影响和改善对策

Effect of Congming Island North Beach Enclosure and Accretion Promotion on Water Environment and its Improvement Countermeasure

崇明北滩湿地经促淤圈围后,虽面积扩大了1倍多,但岛内水环境也发生了变化,如改变了水系南引北排的布局;涵闸的封堵造成了新的涝区;增加了北支咸水倒灌的威胁等。为此,提出了多方位协调开发规划;合理布局北沿水利设施;慎重对待促淤圈围湿地等对策,预期可收到较好的效果。

Though the wetland of Chongming Island＇ s north beach enlarges 4 times area after its accretion promotion, great changes has taken place in water environment inside island, for instance, the layout for supplying water from the south and the north discharging changed; new waterlogged field caused by culvert sealing off; the risk of north branch sea water backing up increased etc. For this, some countermeasures such as coordinated development and plan, reasonable layout for water conservation facilities along north beach as well as cautious treatment to accretion promotion etc are put forward. It is predicted that better effects can be reached.
