江湾-五角场城市副中心交通规划

Transport Planning for Urban Sub-Center--Jiangwan-Wujiaochang

根据上海市城市总体规划,上海中心城发展格局为“多心开敞”的布局结构,城市将围绕中央商务区、市级中心、市级副中心组织功能。江湾-五角场作为规划的4个市级副中心之一,发展相对落后。决定副中心开发成败的关键之一是完善的交通体系。在分析交通现状的基础上,提出了该地区交通规划的设想与对策。

In accordance with general Shanghai urban plan-Shanghai city center designed to ＂multi-center opening＂ layout, the city will focus on planning function around central commercial zone, city-grade center and sub-center. The Jiangwan-Wujiaochang Area, as one of four city-grade sub-centers, develops backwards relatively. Improvement to transport will be a key to develop sub-center. Based on analysis of current transport situation, a tentative idea and countermeasure for plan for transport of this area are put forward.
