棉籽油脱臭馏出物中脂肪酸甲酯化工艺研究 被引量:6

摘要 棉籽油脱臭馏出物中含有40%-80%的游离脂肪酸,对这部分脂肪酸的甲酯化进行了研究。考察了甲醇用量、催化剂用量、酯化温度、酯化时间对脂肪酸甲酯化的影响。结果表明,脂肪酸甲酯化优化条件为甲醇/原料为2∶1(V/W),催化剂/原料为0.005∶1(V/W),酯化温度65℃,酯化时间3 h;在此条件下脂肪酸甲酯化率达到98%以上。 The percentage of free fatty acid (FFA) in cottonseed oil deodorizer distillate (CODD) is 40% -80%. The methyl esterification of these free fatty acids was studied, and the esterification conditions were optimized. The results showed that the optimized esterification conditions were as follows:ratio of methanol to material 2:1 ( V/W), ratio of catalyst to material 0.005:1 ( V/W), esterification temperature 65 ℃ and esterification time 3 h. The esterification rate is over 98% under the optimized conditions.
