摘要
通过理论分析及模拟试验研究了高炉软熔带气体力学特性和初渣流动规律。初渣偏流的力学特性表明:初渣的偏流仅决定于其本身的重度和压力场性质,而与粘性力无关。同时通过软熔带结构特性试验可知,软熔带结构对阻力损失及初渣偏流的影响是一致的,即阻力损失越大,初渣偏流越严重。
The study on primary slag shows that the deflected flow of primary slag only depends upon its gravity and the nature of pressure field and regardless of the viscous force acting on primary slag. Experimental results indicate that the effect of the constitution of softening zone on drag loss is in line with that on the deflection of primary slag flow, i. e., the greater the drag loss is, the bigger the deflection will be.
