摘要
通过对一台4.2MW水火管锅壳式热水锅炉进行冷态水动力实验,并进行冷态水动力计算,对实验值和计算值进行比较分析,证明在小型水火管锅壳式热水锅炉下降管入口加装喷射器,即回水引射技术的应用,可以大大提高上升管的循环水速,从而确保锅炉水循环的可靠性。
Through 4.2MW water- fire tube shell hot water boiler hydrodynamic experiment and calculation, the attained data are analyzed and certified the circulation velocity in raisers may be largely increased by installing sprayer - supply water injectors in downcomers inlet and water circulation reliabilities are ensured.
