摘要
对116MW热水锅炉左右对流墙的制作进行了工艺方案设计,针对在焊接过程中容易出现的质量问题提出了解决措施,通过调整工艺参数提高了焊接质量,为以后类似构件焊接的顺利进行提供了依据。
Designs the facture of the left & right convector walls for 116MW hot water boiler in technics scheme, gives the solution to quality problem in the weld course, offers gist to solve the similar problem in the future weld by adjusting technics parameters for promotion of the weld quality.
