摘要
以对甲氧基苯胺为原料,经3步反应合成了胰岛素增敏剂噻唑烷二酮类药物的关键中间体5-(4-羟基苄基)-2,4-噻唑烷二酮,总收率20.4%,其结构经1HNMR确证。
The important intermediate for the synthesis of insulin sensitizer, 5-（p-hydroxybenzyl）-thiazolidine-2,4-dione, was prepared from p-methoxyaniline by a three-steps reaction in 20.4% overall yield. The structure was confirmed by ^1H NMR.
