摘要
损伤神经形成起步点,产生多种形式的自发放电,部分放电为周期性的,包括周期1、周期2、周期3等形式。长时间顺序记录单纤维自发放电的ISI,改变损伤区钙离子浓度。或应用钙依赖性钾通道阻断剂TEA,发现周期性放电的周期变化中出现加周期分岔、混沌的现象。调节与实验相对应的参数,分析神经元数学模型,再现了关验中发现的现象,应用非线性予报的方法分析与对比了实验中与模型中的混沌现象,使实验结果的可靠性得到了进一步的证明。
The ectopic pacemakers in the injured site after nerve injury generate spontaneous discgarges in various rhythms,including some periodic patterns such as period one, period two and period three. ISI sequence of unit discharge was rccorded while the [Ca ̄++] 0 was changed or TEA was administered at the injured site. Nonlinear dynamical behaviors including period adding bifurcation and chaos were observed in the experiment. The experimental discoveries were demosnstrated by analysing a model neuron adjusting the corresponding parameter gk-Ca. Chaotic behaviors observed in the experiment and in the model were evaluated by nonlinerar forecasting method.
