摘要
将300日龄伊莎蛋鸡135只,随机分为3组,在基础日粮中分别添加50mg/kg锌的蛋氨酸锌、氧化锌,基础日粮为对照组,研究不同锌源对蛋鸡产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响。试验期30d。结果表明,日粮补锌对蛋鸡产蛋率、蛋壳质量及蛋黄锌含量有提高作用,但未发现不同锌源的显著差异。
One hundred and thirty five Isa layers of 300 day old were randomly divided into three groups, based diets supplemented with Zinc Methionine（Zn-Met） and Zinc Oxide（ZnO） containing 50mg/ kg zinc, and based diets as the control. The effect of diet supplemented with different zinc sources on performance and egg quality were studied. The experiment lasted 30d. The results showed that adding Zinc could increase laying rate, egg shell quality and the content of Zinc in yolk. No significant effect was observed in supplement of different Zinc Sources.
