摘要
通用探针是实时荧光PCR探针类的一种,具有高度的特异性和灵敏度,可对样品进行准确的定量分析。本试验主要采用该方法对通用探针检测禽病毒病进行了研究,试验结果显示本方法的特异性、灵敏度和Taq Man探针相近,且具有操作简便、费用低廉等优点。
The universal probe of real time PCR belongs to probe category,it has the advantage of good specificity and sensitivity, and can quantitative analysis sample precisely. This study concerns on detecting avian viral disease by this method, the result of studying indicates that this method has the same specificity and sensitivity to Taq Man probe , and has the advantage of easy and inexpensive.
