摘要
从分析圆弧齿轮轮体和齿面变形出发,考虑齿向误差,导出了圆弧齿轮齿面载荷所应满足的非齐次线性方程组,并根据均载条件提出修形最的计算方法。
A system of non-homogeneous linear equations which the load acting on a circular-tooth surface satisfies is derived, based on the analysis for the deformations of both gear body and tooth surface, and taking account of the error in the axial direction of the teeth. The axial modification under uniformly distributed load is thus presented for calculation.
