灵芝煎剂治疗鹅膏毒菌中毒103例临床观察

103 Patients with Amanita Mushroom Poisoning Treated by Lingzhi Decoction

目的探讨鹅膏毒菌中毒抢救的有效药物。方法根据入院时病情轻中重分为3组,用灵芝煎剂进行治疗。轻症组:灵芝200 g,加水1 500 mL煎制成1 000 mL液体,口服,每日4次,每次服250 mL,疗程7 d。中症组:灵芝350 g,加水2 000 mL煎制成1 500 mL液体,每日口服6次,每次250 mL,疗程7 d。重症组:灵芝500 g,加水2 500 mL煎制成2 000 mL液体,每3 h口服1次,每次250 mL,疗程7 d。观察其临床治疗作用机制,并同时进行胆红素(STB)、胆汁酸(BA)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)等实验指标的动态观察,了解灵芝煎剂对脏器的保护作用。结果①疗效:103例病人全部治愈出院;②相关指标STB、BA、ALT、AST 4项指标于中毒后仅呈现一过性上升,随着治疗的继续,各项指标迅速下降。结论灵芝煎剂对鹅膏菌中毒有很好的治疗作用,能明显降低鹅膏菌中毒的病死率,并对机体脏器有明显的保护作用。

Objective To investigate mushroom poisoning. Methods The 103 divided into 3 groups based on the degree the active drugs for the emergency treatment of Amanita patients with acute Amanita mushroom poisoning were of poisoning conditions. The therapy in the light symptoms group was 200 g glossy ganoderma decocted in 1500 mL water to get 1000 mL fluid, 4 times a day and 250mL per time orally; in the middle orally, 350 g in 2000 mL water to 1500 mL fluid, 6 times a day and 250 mL per time; in the severe glossy ganoderma 500 g in water 2500 mL to 2000 mL, 1 time per 3 hours and 250 mL per time, and the courses of treatment in all groups was 7 days. Based on the treating results, the clinical curative effect and the levels of serum total bilirubin （STB）, bile acids（BA）, alanine transaminase（ALT） and aspartate transaminase（AST） were observed. Results The levels of STB, BA, ALT and AST were increased temporarily and then decreased quickly along with the treatment and all the 103 patients were cured and leaved hospital. Conclusions The Glossy ganoderma decoction is excellent clinical efficacy in treatment of acute Amanita mushroom poisoning can reduce the mortality and protect the organic functions significantly.
