摘要
本文提出分数维单元的新概念,定量地刻划了简化3维单元的近似程度;对2.7维单元进行了分析,推导出2.7维单元的B矩阵和Hessian矩阵。最后用2.7维单元求解了H型钢轧制过程,数值结果表明:即使划分的单元不太多,所算得的轧制参数积分量和均值量与实验结果符合得仍良好。
Develops a new idea of fractional dimensional element or FDE to describe quantitatively the approximation for simplified 3-dimensional element. The 2.7 dimensional element, as a typical FDE, is studied with a B matrix and a Hessian matrix derived to it. The rolling process of a H-beam is thus analyzed using 2.7-dimensional elements, and the numerical results show that both the integrals and averages of rolling parameters, such as rolling pressure, torque forward slip and spread, correspond well with the values measured even if the number of elements is not a lot.
