我国现阶段的社会公平及推进途径

Social Justice and Its Realizing Approaches in China at Present

注重社会公平是为了促进社会和谐,促进经济社会又好又快发展、发展成果人民共享。社会公平是指人在社会中都应获得公正、平等的地位和待遇,它包括权利平等、机会平等、法规公正、分配公平。当前我国社会公平的基本特征:首先是社会主义的社会公平;其次是社会主义初级阶段的社会公平;再是有中国特色的社会主义社会公平。当前社会公平方面存在的问题是:权利部分缺失、机会不够均等、司法缺乏公正、财富分配贫富过于悬殊。推进社会公平的途径是:在科学发展观指导下使经济社会又好又快协调发展;加强制度改革和创新;完善政府的社会管理和公共服务职能;倡导社会公平正义理念和培育公平正义精神。

The reasons to pay attention to social justice are to speed a better development of economy and society and to make people share the developmental achievements.Social justice means that everyone in the society has fair and equal position and treatment,including equal rights,equal chances,just laws and regulations,and impartial distribution.The social justice of China at present has some basic features as follows: it's socialist;it's in socialist initial period;it's with Chinese characteristics.However,there are some problems in it,such as rights lost partly,unequal chances,lacking of judicial justice,and great disparity of distribution.The approaches to advance social justice are to make economy and society develop fast and better with the guidance of scientific development concept,to fasten system reform and innovation,to perfect the managing and serving functions of the government,to advocate social justice concept,and to forester spirits of equality and justice.
