硬支承动平衡机原理及电测系统设计

摘要 提出了一种新的转子动平衡原理与方法——动刚度系数法,它可自动计算出支承系统在若干转速下的瞬态动刚度系数和阻尼系数,并求出所需配重,经1~2次配重,即可完成平衡。为此采用了锁相环电路和自动跟踪滤波电路,智能以八位单片机8051为核心,以十二位的高速数模转换芯片AD574为基础,设计一套智能电测系统。该系统具有自动控制模拟电路的传递函数,对数据可进行自动采集、处理和存储,经通讯口送入主机内。 This paper presents a novel principle and method to dynamically balance rotors,Viz.,the method of dynamic stiffness factors.By this method,the required counterweight can be automatically calculatied in terms of transient dynamic stiffness factors and damping factors under several rotating speeds of the bearing systems.Experiments manifested that by one to two times of counterweighting,a perfect dynamic balance can be well achieved.With above principle,a new measuring system is designed which adapts phase-locked loop and autotracking filtering circuit that composed of an 8-bit speed A/D conversion chip AD574 as base.The system features transfer factors of automatic control analogue circuit which seds data acquisition,processing and storage through communication ports to the PC.The PC possesses multi-intelligent functions as well.
