关于西部水电工程移民角色固着化的几点思考

On the Fixation Role of the Hydropower Project Migrants in the West of China

文章论述了西部水电工程移民角色固着化及其产生的原因,指出了移民角色固着化所带来的负面社会效应:造成移民的适应困难与发展停滞,强化了社会差距和社会冲突,不利于社会和谐;提高移民的市场能力是解决这个问题的关键。

This thesis discusses the fixation role of the hydropower project migrants and the cause of the fixation role in the west of china. It points out the harms of fixation role：it increases the migrants＇ difficulty adaptation and developmental stagnancy,in addition,it reinforces the social handicaps and collisions, which is harmful to the society＇ s harmony. The key to the problem is to enhance the market ability of the migrants.
