首先分析了在北京市推行工程担保和工程保险制度的基本思路,在此基础上,分别从七个方面提出了推行工程担保和工程保险制度的具体解决对策。
In this paper, the author first analyzes the basic tactics on establishing and carrying out engineering guarantee and insurance system in Beijing. On the basis of this, it puts forward concrete countermeasures on establishing and carrying out engineering guarantee and insurance system from seven aspects.
