我国房地产业发展面临的融资局势分析

Research on Financing Situation in the Development of Chinese Real Estate Industry

经过多年的发展,我国的房地产业已日益成长为经济发展的支柱产业。但随着其发展,资金问题却日益凸现。本文在分析现阶段我国房地产业面临的发展形势及其在发展过程中所面临的融资现状和困境的基础上,指出了现阶段我国房地产业的融资出路。

With the development of the real estate industry in China in recent years, there are some problems in the field of the real estate finance. Based on the analysis of trend in development, present financing state, and puzzle of the real estate, the method to resolve these problems has been suggested in this paper.
